We use a fraud prevention service that may automatically cancel and refund your order if it does not pass their filters. At this time, we are unable to ship orders to accounts that do not meet their criteria.

We try to get orders out within one to four business days, after your shipping and billing information has been verified. Holidays and sales may delay shipping times. Orders placed on Fridays will be sent out the following week.

We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes at checkout and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

We offer free shipping over $200 for domestic (USA & Canada) orders, and free shipping over $300 for international orders.

There are certain items that have fixed-rate shipping costs that are added to your total shipping price, these are mentioned on the product page.

We occasionally released limited edition prints for special occasions. When this happens, we go into production at the same time that we release the style on our website. This means that it can take up to 10 business days for the item to arrive at our warehouse. We then ship orders out in the order that we received them. If we sell out of a style before getting to your order, we may refund the item or your order. If you ordered other items in addition to the limited print, we will hold your order until the entire shipment is ready to go out.
